Neus Ferri, in her own words, describes her new live work:
“This album is a dream for me, I always wanted to share the truth that is experienced live, both musically and emotionally. Playing on the stage at the Palau de Les Arts was an incredible opportunity and I thought the time had come to record a concert and share it with everyone who wanted to listen to it. On such a special night, the emotion is palpable in the audience, in my voice and in the power of the magnificent band that accompanies me.”
“The repertoire includes songs from my three published works: ‘Aqui me tienes’, ‘Canciones de amor al odio’ and ‘Llar’ and it features the special collaborations of Mireia Vives in ‘Sant Joan’, another one of Pachi García, who in addition to mixing and mastering the live show, shares with us the song ‘Salvaje’ and last but not least the collaboration of the pianist David Barberá in ‘Salvaje’ and ‘No te alejes’.
The band, is formed by Adrián Perales (drums), Jorge Molina (bass), Marina Alcantud (keyboards), Héctor Tirado (guitar), Lucía Zambudio (guitar), Monty Peiró and Berta Iñíguez (backing vocals), and it sounds organic and powerful and it embraces each song in a unique way, enveloping the voice with a perfect intention.
It was a very heartfelt and truly special concert that I wanted to keep forever and share with those who were there and with those who couldn’t be there.”
